Terms of Service

BookWild is a trading name of Reynolds Day Ltd. This policy covers both this website (bookwild.co.uk) and the BookWild app (bookwild.app).

The service

BookWild provides online booking, guide management, and safety reporting software for adventure activity operators. We’ll do our best to keep it available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Pricing

BookWild charges £1 per participant who books through the platform. This fee is charged to the operator, not the customer. Stripe’s payment processing fees are separate and charged at their standard rates. We’ll give existing users at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices (but we don’t plan on doing this).

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please use accurate information when signing up. Don’t use BookWild for anything unlawful, try to access other users’ data, or interfere with the service.

Your data

You own all the data you put into BookWild. You can export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. No contracts, no notice periods, no cancellation fees. Outstanding usage charges still need to be paid.

The small print
