Where Beyonk is the better choice

If you run an attraction or events as well as activities, or you want help with marketing, Beyonk is built for that. Its Marketing Suite builds your mailing list from every booking, and its agency services start at £1,250 a month. BookWild has nothing like it. Beyonk’s channel manager also connects you to OTAs such as GetYourGuide, which BookWild doesn’t do yet.

Switching from Beyonk

Payments. Beyonk’s help centre says its Stripe account is linked to Beyonk and can’t be used with other software, so you’ll set up a new Stripe account in your business’s name as part of joining BookWild.
Bookings you’ve already taken. Paid bookings stay in Beyonk. Keep it running until they’ve happened, or add them to BookWild by hand.
Your data. Beyonk’s terms say you can export your customer and booking data at any time.
Timing. Either side can end Beyonk’s agreement at any time with written notice.
